Do You Know Your Kitchen?

The aim of this project was to understand user-centered design. Students were asked to identify a problem and develop a solution to solve the problem. “Do You Know Your Kitchen?” is a self-initiated design for a purpose project. I have a passion for the kitchen so I decided to observe a few kitchens and compare to identify any problems. The problem I identified that people were committing many mistakes that can cause potential health risks. Further investigation revealed that there were many common misconceptions about the kitchen that were a result of both traditions and undelivered knowledge. The book includes my observations, process, and solution.
